Banana Bread

Description

We started making this bread 8 years ago after coming back from a weekend break at the Lough Erne Resort where they served it for breakfast  

We use the ripest bananas we can as this really improves the flavour.

 It a very popular addition to many children’s lunch boxes and like many of our other products, there are no ingredients in it that you can’t pronounce!
