It is a very clean label bread mix and suitable for people on a wheat free diet and there is no wheat in the mix. You can use dairy free milk to make this bread and there is no egg in the recipe either so it can be suitable for people with different allergies.
Great served with smoked salmon or a mature cheddar cheese. You can also make small oat muffins out of the mix and they are perfect for kids lunches. Beautiful with a poached egg and spinach or with some real butter and strawberry jam.
