Banana Bread

We started making this bread 8 years ago after coming back from a weekend break at the Lough Erne Resort where they served it for breakfast  

We use the ripest bananas we can as this really improves the flavour.

It’s a very popular addition to many children’s lunch boxes and like many of our other products, there are no ingredients in it that you can’t pronounce!  

 

Ingredients: Plain white WHEAT flour, brown sugar, bananas (22%) rapeseed oil (13.8%), free range EGGS, vanilla essence, Raising Agents Sodium bicarbonate, sodium hydrogen carbonate, cinnamon.
