Porridge Oat Bread

Description

This is a new member of the Jinny’s Family. We created this bread in 2018 and it became an instant hit with our customers. This is such a clean label bread with the 2 dry ingredient and 2 wet ingredients.

It’s like having a bowl of porridge in the morning. We use porridge oats and pinhead oats and then it’s just skim buttermilk and rapeseed oil. The raising agent is bread soda and we add a little salt for flavour.

There is no added sugar in this bread
