Our lemon cake is super easy to make and tastes delicious. Again, as with all our products, the ingredients listing is short and recognisable!
We use self-raising and plain flour and low-fat cream cheese in this cake. We don’t even need to add an additional raising agent. This cake has a shelf life of 18 days and we make the icing with lemon juice and icing sugar. Sometimes we make cupcakes and muffins with the same recipe.
