Tea Brack

Our traditional teabrack is made with dried sultanas soaked in strong tea which leads to a deep aromatic flavor. The moistness in our brack comes from the plump, tea- infused fruit complimented by the mixed spice and sugar which adds to the richness of this loaf.

It’s perfect for slicing and serving with butter, accompanied by a hot cup of tea. The rich texture and subtle sweetness make it an irresistible snack or dessert.
