Jinny’s plain scones are made in small batches and mixed by hand. There are no additives or preservatives in our scones, in fact there are only a few ingredients namely self raising flour, caster sugar, cinnamon and margarine. The wet ingredients include rapeseed oil and buttermilk.
They are not just scones, but a testament to the joy of homemade baking. Our plain scones are a big hit with children and have filled many lunchboxes in the past 20 years!
